The full inspection, which involves 1,000 scans per day, has been a bottleneck due to the significant costs, effort, and time required. Our "Spectral Transmittance Meter TL Series" is a product developed to shorten the time for in-process and pre-shipment inspections, capable of measuring each sheet in about 2 seconds, thus significantly reducing inspection time. Recently, in response to inquiries from a film manufacturing company, we proposed this product, and due to its low cost, it was quickly implemented on-site. This full inspection before shipment can also be expanded to other factories, leading to increased efficiency in the process.
